House Rules

To ensure everyone has a wonderful stay, please observe these simple guidelines.

Check-in

From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards. We'll provide you with access instructions before your arrival.

Check-out

By 11:00 (11:00 AM). Please leave the apartment tidy and take all your belongings.

Maximum Guests

4 guests maximum. The apartment is set up for comfortable occupancy of up to 4 people.

No Smoking

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. You may smoke in the courtyard area only.

No Parties or Events

Out of respect for our neighbours, no parties or loud gatherings are permitted at the property.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a residential community and Spanish noise laws apply.

No Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment or the communal areas.

Community Pool

The pool is available during the summer season. Please shower before entering, and supervise children at all times. Pool hours are typically 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
